This Halloween… we bought more candy based on the fact that last year we almost ran out and the kids in our neighborhood are getting bigger (and hungrier with more friends). This Halloween in Chicago it was 60 degrees (AWESOME by Chicago standards), but it rained all day. During Trick-Or-Treating, the weather calmed down, but the kids traffic was way down.
