I would like to think of “Me” time as time I have to tend to my own needs… but in my world “Me” time is often, “When can I set time aside that people can have a piece of me?”! You have to let people know when block out time so you are available for them. Otherwise, they will assume that their “Me” time… is your “Me” time!
